2. Violet tungsten oxide can be used as raw material for producing submicron tungsten powder and tungsten carbide powder, but the particle shape is complex and few single crystal particles exist.
3. The crystallization of tungsten grains is relatively complete, while there are more crystal defects in the grains of tungsten carbide.
