Preparation of Ultrafine Yellow Tungsten Oxide Powder by Solid Phase Method
Some researchers put a certain amount of ammonium tungstate in a muffle furnace and calcined it at 600 °C for 3 h to obtain yellow tungsten oxide powder with an average particle size of 72nm, and analyzed the obtained powder by XRD to find that it had two types of crystalline phases - monoclinic crystal phase and triclinic crystal phase. Some researchers calcined ammonium paratungstate at high temperature to obtain yellow tungsten oxide powder, and sintered the prepared WO3 powder into a gas-sensitive element. And some researchers calcined chemically pure H2WO4 at 400 °C to obtain yellow tungsten oxide powder. The prepared powder was polycrystalline tungsten trioxide, with triclinic phase and orthorhombic phase.
