Preparing Tungsten Disulfide Nanosheets by Solvothermal Method
Add a certain amount of Li2CO3 powder, WS2 powder and 40mL of organic solvent benzyl alcohol solution to high-pressure reaction kettle with a volume of 50mL, and place the high-pressure reaction kettle at a temperature of 200 °C for 48 h for solvothermal reaction. Wash the reaction product with deionized water, acetone, and absolute ethanol, vacuum-dried and collected, and the obtained product was added to a mixed solution of deionized water and NN-dimethylformamide in a volume ratio of 1:1, followed by continuous ultrasonic vibration for 12 h. The solution was centrifuged at 600 r/min for 30 min, the supernatant was taken, and the clear was centrifuged at 6000 r/min for 10 min to collect the precipitate. And then wash the precipitate with 3% HCl, deionized water, and absolute ethanol, vacuum dried to collect WS2 nanosheets.
