Preparation of Nano Cesium Tungstate Powder
Step one: Dissolve ammonium paratungstate (APT) and cesium sulfate in citric acid solution and ethanol solvent, stir evenly, and react at 180-200°C for 2~3h to obtain the mixture of tungsten and cerium. n(CS)/n(W) = 0.33:1.
Step two: Add appropriate amount of urea to the mixture obtained in step one, adjust the pH of the reaction solution to 3~5, and stir until urea is completely dissolved.
Step three: The mixed liquor obtained in step two is washed with argon gas, and subjected to chemical reaction under ultrasound irradiation frequency of 24.45kHz at 70-90°C under argon protection for 2-6h to obtain gel precipitate.
Step four: The precipitate is aged for 4-24h, then filtered, washed, microwave dried, and calcined to obtain nano cesium tungstate powder. The calcination temperature is at the range of 600-700°C and the calcination time is 3~5h.
