Preparation

The process flow is: wet milling of tungsten trioxide and carbon black → spray-drying the slurry to obtain spherical powder mixture → reducing the carbonized mixture to obtain an intermediate product containing tungsten carbide and solid carbon → adjusting the carbon content of the intermediate product to about 6.13% .
