Recently, according to the official website of the Jiangxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in October 2025, among the 65 essential daily necessities for residents included in the monitoring catalog in Jiangxi, the average prices showed 39 increases, 15 decreases and 11 stable month-on-month, among which in industrial production materials, tungsten concentrate prices decreased, rare earth prices fell, steel prices fell, cement prices increased slightly, sand and gravel prices overall decreased slightly, copper prices increased, and gasoline prices decreased slightly.

In terms of Jiangxi tungsten concentrate price, in October, the average sales price of Ganzhou tungsten concentrate per ton was RMB 266,000, decreased by 6.67% month-on-month, increased by 91.37% year-on-year.
According to CTIA GROUP LTD, in October 2025, the overall Chinese tungsten market showed a transition from wait-and-see stability to pushing up and firmness. In October, the average price of 65% black tungsten concentrate was RMB 278,200 per ton, decreased by 0.10% month-on-month, increased by 97.80% year-on-year; the price at the end of the month increased by 10.70% compared to the beginning of the month. The average price of 65% scheelite concentrate was RMB 277,200 per ton, decreased by 0.10% month-on-month, increased by 98.50% year-on-year; the price at the end of the month increased by 10.74% compared to the beginning of the month.
In terms of Jiangxi rare earth prices, in October, the average sales price per ton of Ganzhou high-yttrium oxide (rare earth) and medium-yttrium europium oxide (rare earth) was RMB 205,000 and RMB 190,000 respectively, decreased by 6.82% and 5.00% month-on-month respectively, decreased by 2.38% and increased by 2.15% year-on-year respectively.

According to CTIA GROUP LTD, in October 2025, the price trends of mainstream light and heavy rare earth products in China continued the decline from late September. In October, prices of most rare earth products in China decreased month-on-month but increased year-on-year. Among them, the average price of praseodymium oxide was RMB 584,111 per ton, decreased by approximately 9.13% month-on-month, increased by 34.59% year-on-year; neodymium oxide RMB 582,722 per ton, decreased by approximately 9.15% month-on-month, increased by 34.27% year-on-year; praseodymium-neodymium oxide RMB 526,000 per ton, decreased by approximately 8.94% month-on-month, increased by 22.77% year-on-year; praseodymium-neodymium metal RMB 642,833 per ton, decreased by approximately 10.01% month-on-month, increased by 21.34% year-on-year; terbium oxide RMB 6,911 per kilogram, decreased by approximately 4.44% month-on-month, increased by 16.00% year-on-year; dysprosium oxide RMB 1,611,667 per ton, decreased by approximately 0.97% month-on-month, decreased by approximately 9.63% year-on-year; dysprosium-iron alloy RMB 1,551,111 per ton, decreased by approximately 2.12% month-on-month, decreased by approximately 12.09% year-on-year.
